CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • The main building entrance is located off of Park Ave, designated as a yellow star on the above site plan.

  • If you have a car, enter the “Upper Parking” entrance as designated on the above map and park in any available visitor space. Please make sure we have received your car model, age, and license number on file! 

  • Locate the double glass door with the ButterflyMX panel next to it.

  • Access the building by pressing “Virtual Key” on the screen left of the door and holding up your ButterflyMX Virtual Key. This virtual key will be delivered to your email address and phone prior to check-in. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam.

  • If you have a car, you will need to move your car to a parking space in the lower parking deck after your check-in is complete.

    • 1100 units are located on floor 3. To access these units, please enter through the doors located beside the Butterflymx screen. Take the elevator to floor 5 then turn left out of the elevator. Follow the signs down the hall until unit 1319; there will be an elevator on your right. Take the elevator down to floor 3 and follow the signs to your unit.

    • 1200 units are located on floor 4. To access these units, please enter through the doors located beside the Butterflymx screen. Take the elevator to floor 5 then turn left out of the elevator. Follow the signs down the hall until unit 1319; there will be an elevator on your right. Take the elevator down to floor 4 and follow the signs to your unit.

    • 1300 units are located on floor 5. 

    • 1400 units are located on floor 6. 

    • 1500 units are located on floor 7.

    • 1600 units are located on floor 8.

 

Parking

If you have a car, our team provided a parking pass on the kitchen counter. Please keep the parking pass on the dashboard of your car at all times while parking on site during your stay with us.

You will enter the parking lot from from the “Upper Parking Entrance” or “Lower Parking Entrance” as designated on the above site plan. You can park in any available parking space not labeled as handicap or reserved. If you park in the “Upper Parking” on floor 4, be sure to park in the gated area. After check-in guests are not allowed to park in the visitor parking lot. If you need to park in visitor parking, do NOT display your parking pass on the dashboard and be sure to register your car every 24 hours.

Your parking pass needs to be returned to the kitchen counter prior to check out. If your parking pass is not in the unit on the kitchen counter after you check out, you will incur a $250 parking pass fee. 

 

Visitor Parking

Your visitors can park in the visitor parking located in the garage next to the leasing office. Please make sure your visitor registers their car with “Pay By Phone” via the signs posted in the garage. If they stay multiple nights, they need to register their car each day. If not registered, your visitor will be ticketed.

 

Wifi & TV

Wifi Accounts: WestHome(unit number)

Wifi Passwords: Staywesthome

TV: All TV’s are smart and connected to the internet. Feel free to login to any of your streaming services but please remember to sign out prior to your check out.

 

Building Access

Our team gave you a fob upon checking in. This fob will be used to access all exterior building doors, elevators, and amenities. 

 

Apartment Access

 

A code to your unit door was included in the body of the email where you found the link to this FAQ page. You will use the code for the duration of your stay to access your unit. If you haven’t received this code, please let our team know. 

 

Receiving Mail

 

West Home does not allow mail or packages at this property.

West Home does not allow mail or packages at this property.

 

This building is serviced by Valet Trash between the hours of 6pm - 8pm on Sunday - Thursday. A black Valet Trash waste bin is located in the closet by the the kitchen. Please place trash in this bin, and place the Valet Trash bin along with any excess trash outside the exterior door to your kitchen by 6pm on the days noted above. Pickup begins after 8pm. Please bring your container back inside your apartment home by 9am the following morning. KEEP YOUR BIN INSIDE YOUR UNIT DURING THE DAYTIME.

Excess trash outside of Valet Trash service hours can be placed in the trash chutes on your floor identified on the above site plan.

Amenities

Phipps Plaza features multiple additional property level amenities including a gym, pool, club room, dog park, pet spa, outdoor entertainment areas, and outdoor grilling areas. All exterior and interior amenities are available to West Home’s guests during their stay. The location of the various amenities at the property are noted on the above site plan. Use your fob to access all amenities at the property.

Pool Hours: 9AM - 9PM year-round, water is closed when it is cold, but the pool area is still open. Access code: C707

Gym Hours: 24 Hour Access — Use your building fob for access.

 

Things to note

Maintenance Items: Please submit any repair and maintenance items, light bulb outages, etc. in your unit to our team and we will resolve these issues immediately.
