Partial building furnished

West Home operates blocks of units, or full floors as furnished apartments in a revenue share model. 

Full building furnished

West Home operates full buildings as furnished apartments. 

Full building flexible living

West Home via West Home’s sister company WH Property Management, has the ability to replace your existing property management team providing a full building operational model combining furnished and unfurnished units together.
