ENTERPRISE
Summary: West Home operates blocks of units within larger class A multifamily buildings as furnished apartments in partnership with leading institutional owners. We offer a revenue share model where we split revenue with our owner partners, delivering a monthly revenue stream premium to conventional multifamily.
Criteria: Urban Core Class A Buildings
Inventory Count: 10+ units per each building
FULL BUILDING
Summary: West Home replaces an existing management company and assumes full building operations oversight. Our institutional investment and asset management experience, combined with our emphasis on automation and technology driven infrastructure ensures outsized performance over traditional operators.
Criteria: Urban Core Class B+ and Class A Buildings
Inventory Count: 25+ units per each building
